1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the jtwin platform ("jtwin", "we", "us") and any person who accesses services on this platform, whether registered or not ("user", "you"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is incomplete or in cases of unusual transactions. jtwin reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal for security verification.

3.4 Transaction Validity

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (applied to the bonus only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts, using any automated method to fulfil bonus requirements, or engaging in any other dishonest practice is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus on the associated account will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.4 Right to Modify Bonuses

jtwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Additional terms may apply to specific bonuses, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

jtwin's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.2 Tier Advancement

Your VIP tier is evaluated automatically based on your gaming activity. Remaining regularly active gives you the opportunity to advance to a higher tier. jtwin reserves the right to modify or adjust VIP benefits.

6.1 Fraud and Cheating Prohibited

Any form of fraud, cheating, use of bots, software-based advantages, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities on the jtwin platform is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

6.3 Account Suspension and Closure
